This position offers the advantage of doubling the number of rotations while minimizing the wear on the reducer\u2019s motor and the tube\u2019s motion axis.<br \/>\nTwo adjustable counterweights convey the special balanced pulse movement to the square steel levers with ball bearings, even without the four-winged sticks. As a result, there is no heat transmission and therefore extra wear on them. The four-winged sticks (4 conical and 2 straight) have inner holders and they are attached right and left on the levers in an innovative way, to achieve a more successful beating.<br \/>\nIts tube is made of aluminum, it has a 8mm threaded rod made also of aluminum, of T8 hardness specification and it is protected by anti-vibrant rubber and ertalon rings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MOTOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Electric DC\u00a0<strong>200W<\/strong>\u00a0performance\u00a0<strong>2000<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>rpm<\/strong>\u00a0at 16V<\/p>\n<p>With the switch of on-off 35A and unit conversion of motion of the head to pulse<\/p>\n<p>It works with car battery (with added converter), with consumption 10-12 A \/ m.<\/p>\n<p>Supplied with 15 m cable<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"et_pb_toggle_title\">More<\/h5>\n<div class=\"et_pb_toggle_content clearfix\">\n<p>The AGGELIS 5 has a DC type BOSCH 600W electric motor with a steel gear in its axis.<br \/>\nThe \u03bfn-off switch is 35A.<br \/>\nThe satellite reducer has a metallic pitchfork and ertacetal gears. The reducer conveys the motion from the axis to the head through a compler. The pulse movements of the two heads carbon fibres can reach up to 2000 per min at 16V.<br \/>\nAll of our harvesters come with a 2\u03a74 square cable, 15 m. long. There is no polarity at the outputs.<br \/>\nThe AGGELIS 5 operates with DC 14-16V and it consumes 8A\/h. It can work on a car battery, though in this case a converter of our invention will have to be added, so as the voltage would be controlled and the motor would function the best.
